I am currently employed by Bergstrom Europe LTD. I began as a production operator, and within the first week of employment I was offered a position in the engineering department and progressed from there. During my time at Bergstrom, I worked in various locations supporting customers such as McLaren, Bugatti and JCB with a variety of technical issues, including working away for 2 months at McLaren headquarters, Woking England.

Previously I was employed by Axiom Manufacturing services for approximately 5 years, initially as a Trainee Solder Bath Technician and more recently as an Auto Insert Operator.

Engineering Technician at Bergstrom Europe Ltd (2020-09 – Present)

My job role was to support day to day with various departments mainly including production, quality and engineering with technical issues on the production line. It included dealing with returns from customers like McLaren, Aston Martin, Bugatti, JCB, Lotus, Caterpillar and more.

• I am a fire marshal for my department with full fire marshal training
• I am solely responsible for making the harnesses for the new customers production units (NPI'S) which go onto the new units for our customers
• During my time I have worked away numerous times and gone to customer sites to help with technical issues including JCB, Bugatti, Aston Martin and Caterpillar

• Maintain and run solder baths
• Ensure following equipment is available at all times in line with production demands: Selective solder machine, PCB machine wash, Conformal coating, All cutting/forming equipment
