Final year osteopathy student with a First Class Degree in Sports and Exercise Science (set to graduate in 3 weeks), a Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage, additionally trained in dry needling. I have hands-on experience supporting physically active individuals through student clinical practice, sports massage, and NHS placement experience. As a competitive sprinter with Blackheath and Bromley Harriers, I have a strong understanding of the demands of sport and a deep rooted appreciation in musculoskeletal care, injury management, rehabilitation and athlete support.
