As an ABA tutor and PBS mentor, I managed my own students/caseload, ensuring their progress and meeting their agreed learning objectives. I provide 1:1 evidence-based therapy to children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and Learning Difficulties by combining evidence-based teaching of ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and RFT (Relational Frame Theory) principles. I planned and implemented behavioural plans with agreed targets directed by consultants and supervisors, conduct and assist behaviour analysis using tools like Functional behaviour Assessment and antecedent-behaviour-consequence (ABC) analysis, and collect data with data sheets and behaviour charts to display the progress of my students.
