In this multi-faceted role, I began my employment with this firm as a social media manager. My target was to double the engagement their pages were receiving when I joined which was accomplished. The page grew steadily.

Having worked with popular faces and celebrities such as Stormzy, Charles Venn and famous Olympians, we successfully increased engagement and expanded our fan and consumer base. I then saw an opening for coaches and took the opportunity. I undertook a few funded courses in order to kickstart my career and went from there.

SUSTAINABILITY AND BUSINESS NAVIGATION OFFICER (RECOVERY) - IKEA

In this role, our critical aim is to reduce waste and promote sustainability. This involves us finding sustainable solutions for all wasted and returned products and damages. Our financial goal is to recoup 67% of all costs as a result of damages or wasted products. Other goals included strategising how to reduce waste and lessen harmful environmental effects.

• Assessing the functionality and quality of specific products. This can be both furniture and electrical.
• Assess whether it is safe for products to be distributed
• Order spare assembly parts in order to save costs when customers attempt to replace products under warranty
• Perform stock checks to mitigate stock discrepancies and loss
• Strategising on how costs can be recouped - Includes sales, repackaging and effective recycling

AUDIT/ADVISORY TRAINEE - INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND DONORS ASSURANCE - APPRENTICESHIP (ACA) - BDO LLP - Sheffield, Brussels, Vienna

In this role as an apprentice, I was required to assist managers and audit seniors on audits. This included the testing of financial information such as payroll and other costs. Due to the clients being international, I was expected to travel to client sites in and out of the UK, i.e Sheffield, Brussels and Vienna. I was also expected to study alongside my duties at work for a Level 7 qualification
