In my twilight role, I replenish the shelves, I ensure that the aisles stay clean and presentable for the customers the next day and I can assist customers with any questions they may have. I work efficiently as a part of the evening team to make sure that the store is fully prepared for the next trading day. Whilst maintaining high standards of organisation and customer service.

Also, I assisted with resolving any queries the customer had and helped complete audits and review the schedules for other people's work and covered any people who may have been sick.
