I have over 30 years experience within the food industry within Quality and technical roles. From frozen, fresh to poultry.
I have been involved in compliance management, internal auditing and customer/supplier complaints, as well as supervision and management of QA and raw material intake.
I have worked as a QA, raw material intake operative, through quality auditor to shift quality manager and site compliance manager as well as spec writing and customer complaints handling. Managing non conformances and monthly quality meetings and reports/ action logs.
Level 3 HACCP, Advanced Food Hygiene, IOSH Managing Safety Certificate.
