Matthew Wallis

I am a hard working and open minded student and can work well as part of a team. I always enjoy working with hands on DIY tasks at home or at collage and am always keen to learn new skills. I am hoping to become an electrician apprentice as I am sure I would enjoy the challenges of working on different projects and in different locations.

I am 17 years old and am just coming to the end of a level 2 qualification in electrical installation at SGS college, Bristol. I have completed 5 days of work experience with Bromford and 1 days experience with a private electrician in the Forest of Dean. I am currently working as a life guard in my spare time and am keen to try and get an electrician apprenticeship going forward.

Last year I passed all 10 of my GCSE's and my current course on electrical installation has really helped me to realise that a career in electrical work would be very well suited for me.
