In my opinion the main strengths that I possess include; being outgoing, reliable and a positive team worker. I also possess other skills such as being confident and talkative which have helped in previous occupations such as when working at Xandor Automotive and Ellis Patents when dealing with customers in different, sometimes difficult, situations both over the phone and in person. I took ICT and Media as my A-levels which led to me gaining valuable computing skills and distinction grades which I feel could benefit my capability in this job role.

• Quality Engineer on-site following departmental restructure; responsible for maintaining quality processes with minimal supervision
• Manage non-conformance reporting (NCRs), perform root cause analysis (5Why, 8D), and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support ISO 9001 compliance across manufacturing operations, including internal audits and documentation control
• Carry out in-process and final inspections on modular steel enclosures and associated components

Working in the QSHE Team to maintain ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and EN1090 standards. Main aspects of my role included:

• Controlling and maintaining calibration on site.
• Raising and Closing out SNCAR's and NCARs, Carrying out root cause analysis to rectify issues and ensure product quality.
• Carrying out ISO9001 Internal audits.
• Carrying out and Maintaining the goods inwards process.
• Completing measurement reports on products to ensure parts have been produced to specification.
• Creating and sending material test certificates, declarations of conformities, declarations of performances and quality plans.
• Maintaining COSHH items on site.
• Carrying out Statistical Process Control to ensure processes are capable.
• Maintaining product on hold, monitoring costs of hold product and reporting to the QSHE Manager.

QA Process Engineer - Xandor Automotive Pickering - Pickering

Communicating with Customers face to face and through emails, being a part of the Quality Assurance and New Product Introduction Team Ensuring Customer Standards are abided by whilst also creating Product Manufacturing Standards across site including Standard Operating Procedures, Process Flow Charts and Control Plans. I have also assisted in Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and have had training in different skills such as Effective Error Proofing, Statistical Process Control and Practical Problem Solving. In this job role I have also added to me experience using different software's daily.

This includes the Office 365 package including Excel and Word as well as AX management.
