I'm a Business and Management graduate with over 6 years Managerial experience within an attraction and a live music venue known as the O2 Arena. The main areas within the Business I am responsible for is overseeing the Contact Centre and Box Office, with this comes also comes the responsibility of finance, payroll, scheduling staff, data analysis, employee relation and regular updates on the websites FAQs. I am enjoy reading, listening to music and swimming.
I would love to welcome the opportunity for new adventures as i am keen to progress within my career. I have experience in different areas and i'm able to learn very quick and adapt. I've always been known to bring a positive atmosphere into the work environment making it an enjoyable place to work for all.
My Career began in 2012 just after I had graduated. I worked as a Team Leader at the London 2012 games. I then went on to become cash office assistant at Iceland supermarket, working part time in the evenings.
In 2014 I became a host at an attraction based in the Olympic park and this is where my career really took off. I then went on to become a contact centre assistant and within a year I was promoted to a visitor Experience Manager. After 4 years I went on to manage the Box Office at the O2 Arena and was later promoted to a Guest Experience Hub Manager which I currently working as.
My most relevant education is BA Hons in Business and Management. This gave me a good insight to how businesses are run as a whole, looking at different of a business, from Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Business Law and more.
