Maintenance Manager: Responsible for approximately 200 properties. Liaise with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants to organise repairs, resolve maintenance issues and arrange for all compliance checks and documentation. Property Consultant: Organise and attend property viewings. Assist with the advertising of properties. Assist with documentation relating to properties for let.
