In my current role as a Business & Supply Chain Consultant, I have executed multiple reviews as well as implementation projects, resulting in substantial cost savings and process improvements for leading UK organisations. Most notably, the latest review I conducted resulted in a proposal for a new central hub solution, achieving projected annual savings exceeding £16 million. This project involved a comprehensive analysis of stock movements, delivery destinations, as well as transport and warehouse costs.

This has been a valuable project for my development, providing experience in site reviews, logistics planning, cost analysis, and proposal generation.

As a Business Development Consultant, my day-to-day activity consisted of me collaborating with key decision-makers, evaluating digital tech professionals, and conducting market analysis to identify areas experiencing the highest influx of new hires. I took a proactive approach to expanding my professional network and sustaining relationships through phone and video calls. This shows my comfortability with communicating with key decision makers within client companies.
