• Promoted to Lead Coach, taking on greater responsibility and building a strong working relationship with the assistant coach; helped grow the venue into a successful, popular franchise

• Currently attend partner meetings and train new assistant coaches to progress into lead coach roles

Work Experience Placement - Manchester City Football Club

Completed a two-week placement within the scouting department, sharing an office with scouts for the City Football Group

• Produced player analysis pieces and learned to use industry scouting software, including Wyscout
• Took a proactive, inquisitive approach, gaining valuable insight into the operations of a top-level football club
