Invoicing SaaS for the travel industry (working closely with one of the product owners from Iglu)

• Owned the LLM invoice-processing pipeline for a travel invoicing SaaS, covering vision-based extraction, classification and supplier matching across multiple model calls.
• Built a prompt evaluation suite in Langfuse to compare accuracy, cost and latency across LLM stages, enabling systematic prompt iteration. We used this to increase invoice extraction accuracy from 93% to 98.9% and select lower-cost, higher-performing models for each stage.
• Designed a supplier-specific guardrail injection system to improve reliability as validation requirements increased.

• Worked with the key stakeholders to implement further development, fix bugs and support active users and improve product reliability
• Developed an assessment question answering engine from evidence files given by the fintech. This involved using AI to read the incoming files and answer assessment questions using a multi-stage prompting workflow.

SaaS platform to pair board members, start-ups and investors

• Built out the matching algorithm which powered the main feature of the application: matching listed jobs to best-fit candidates.
• Developed a very modern customer-facing interface.

• Owned the entire reconciliation piece.
• Owned support and maintenance from launch to current (4 days / month).
• This application is in use by a large corporate team and has had nearly £1b transaction volume pass through it thus far.

SaaS platform to pair financial institutions, fintechs and partners

• Developed a product search tool using RAG, allowing financial institutions to search for fintech products effectively. This involved vectorising fintech product data, storing embeddings in Pinecone, then retrieving chunks semantically on search.

• Built out large parts of the quoting logic.
