About

I’m a hardworking and friendly hospitality professional with experience working in busy cafés, restaurants, and bar environments. I currently work as a supervisor in a café/restaurant that also runs private events, where I help lead the team during service and make sure customers have a good experience from start to finish. I’m confident working in fast-paced environments, staying calm under pressure, and dealing with customers in a professional and friendly way.

Over time, I’ve learned how important teamwork, communication, and attention to detail are when things get busy. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and I take pride in giving good service. I’m now looking to take the next step in my career and move into a Cabin Crew role with British Airways.
