I am interested in taking on a part time job. I am a hardworking and dedicated individual who can achieve anything I put my mind to. I believe in my ability to overcome any challenge with good problem-solving skills and a positive mindset plus the ability to be flexible and self-aware of my colleagues and customers around me in addition, being able to support one another.
I am a natural team player who can work at fast paces and can also be patient and compassionate with others and can be very flexible and versatile when assisting customers, I consider myself a friendly person and dedicate myself entirely to every role I take on. I possess the necessary enthusiasm, drive and motivation required to deliver and maintain a high standard of service in any retail environment, whilst also being able to maximize sales. In addition, I am the Course Rep for my course at university of Bedfordshire, allowing me to ensure all students have someone to go to if they need any advice or help with any of the work being instructor by the lecturers

During this work placement, I had the opportunity to create a project on diversity inside the workplace of Anglian water and discussed about how it is important to accept all ethnic minorities and to allow them all the same chances to be able to get a job as anyone else and how it is possible to get their attention
During this expedition, I was giving the opportunity to engage with experienced staff at DHL, and this experience offered me a fantastic insight into their business and a chance to gain the real-world experience I needed to compliment my studies

During my working hours, I am given the responsibility of being able to provide a warm and comfortable environment by greeting all guests appropriately, able to engage with customers to enhance their experience and being able to communicate effectively with my work team.

During my experience with Warren James, I learnt how to be more organized with jewelry and learning about the different materials made to make it. Also learned to be consistent and patient when serving customers as they may want to look at other jewelry and may be indecisive when wanting to choose what to buy. As a whole being apart of the Warren James team helps build confidence when speaking to customers and gain knowledge.
