HR Administrator

I deliver an exceptional people administration service to the UK & Ireland business supporting the wider People team, employees, and line managers. I carry out tasks such as:

• Background checks.
• Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Maternity and Paternity.
• Salary Increases and Promotions – completing letters, contracts and schedules and adding the data on Peoplesoft.
• Intercompany and Country to Country transfers on Peoplesoft.
• Probationary Period Management
• Managing sickness and holiday
• Minute taking in ER meetings such as disciplinaries, grievances and redundancy consultations.
• Answering general HR queries on emails and on the phones.
• Ad hoc project work e.g., compensation rounds the compensation round was completed by another team and I had to go through all the data and ensure everything was correct and rectify if the data was incorrect and I took part in the payroll testing due to a new payroll system being put in place within CBRE.
• Drafting contracts, offer letters and general letters regarding salary changes, transfers and promotions.
