Barista - Cherry Hill Cafe - Stokesley road, Middlesbrough, England

I enjoyed this job a lot. My responsibilities included serving customers with professionalism and a positive attitude as well as working within a team to maintain health and safety and cleanliness across the store. I made sure every customer was satisfied and happy with their order.

I was also running food and making toasties and jackets for the kitchen. As there was pottery at the cafe I would also help with that by cleaning up after and letting the customers know about the rules and how much time they were given for the pottery painting.

Receptionist - Holiday Inn - Albert road, Middlesbrough, England

I have been working as a receptionist for 2 years. I have enjoyed this job a lot meeting new customers and making them feel as comfortable as I can. My responsibilities included booking/checking them in either on the phone or in person, handling payment after the service they received, completing any paperwork that needed to be done, handling complaints, making sure the workspace was clean and up to standard, showing them to rooms if needed assistance and making sure they are happy with the service they received.

I worked as a Barista/ waitress for two years. My responsibilities included serving customers with professionalism and a positive attitude as well as working within a team to maintain health and safety and cleanliness across the store also handling food and making different drinks that the customers were satisfied with. Part of my role making sure the company looks good with different aspects as making the store looks good, making sure the reviews are good seeing anything we can change to make it better also uniform and making sure speed was at the good paste as well as ordering in stock doing & stock count, opening and closing the shop on my own.

I worked as a waitress for 7 months. I enjoyed this job a lot making different drinks and different deserts for different customers also making sure the shop was clean and up to expectations with stock etc. Making sure customers had a smile on their face when leaving the shop happy and satisfied with their service.

Sales Advisor - Superdrug - Wellington St, Stockton, England

I was an employee at Superdrug for seven months as a sales advisor. My responsibilities included stacking shelves to ensure store presentation is maintained, alongside supporting to achieve store targets. I also had to operate on the tills and follow health and safety rules.

I ensured I worked with professionalism and beyond my comfort zone when handling a range of positive and negative customers, this also enhanced my communication and customer service skills, ensuring each individual had a positive experience.

Waitress - De Meló - Middlesbrough, England

I worked at De Meló for four months. This role consisted of representing the establishment with a professional demeanour at all times as I had to serve customers with their orders. This enhanced my teamworking and communication skills.

I also had to prepare food for customers whilst ensuring I followed all food safety procedures. Additionally, cleanliness was a top priority here, and I performed to the best of my ability to ensure this priority was met by cleaning the workplace regularly. I thoroughly enjoyed working here, and it helped me develop a strong passion for the industry.
