• Used EMIS Web to accurately update patient records by uploading letters to the system with attention to detail, maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection to allow updated patient information for doctors
• Worked in a multidisciplinary team for patients with compassion, respect, and dignity
• Helped co-workers after finished all tasks early
• Made phone calls to patients to help them book appointments and helped patients with language barriers by talking clearly and sometimes in language they understood
