As a dedicated practitioner with a passion for supporting children, I bring a compassionate approach combined with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of those in my care. My experience in various care settings has equipped me with the necessary skills to foster a nurturing and safe environment, allowing children to thrive and achieve their full potential. I believe in empowering individuals through personalised support plans that respect their unique needs and aspirations.
My approach is holistic, considering not just the physical well-being of those I support, but also their emotional, social and educational development and support the independence and enable children to make decisions and have an active role in the decisions that affect their lives whether that is day to day decisions or whether that is what the care and support looks like. I am committed to fostering positive change in the lives of children. My role as an issue-based youth worker lead has honed my ability to work collaboratively within a team and guide them towards achieving collective goals.
I am quick to learn, adapt, and thrive under pressure, embracing challenges with a steadfast determination.
