Megan Crabtree

My name is Megan. I went to didcot girls secondary school and passed all my GCSES with the highest ones at grade 6. I am now at college studying health and social care, as I have a love for looking after people and caring for others.

My favourite hobbies to do is shopping, listening to music and babysitting. I love kids and have lots of experience around them with family and friends. I am very trustworthy and independent. I have lots of experience socially and I'm very good with people.

I want to build my experience by taking different job opportunities and settling in on them and learning new, beneficial skills.

Team member at Churchills fish and chips (2025-09 – Present)

• Work on the counter, serving customers and making up the food
• Do all of the cleaning such as washing up and organising the shop

Part time at Golden bamboo (2025-02 – Present)

• Work on the counter which includes talking to customers, putting in orders and payments
• Work in the kitchen where I pack the food

Work experience at Butterflies nursery (2024-05 – Present)

I decided to go to a nursery for my work experience which I absolutely loved and the staff said how great I was at being around kids.

Bring your child to work day at School Work Experience In year 9 at my old school, they did bring your child to work for two days. This is where I went to work with my carer and watched him work on the computer aswell as watching building sites and how they work.
