As my time as a carer for my family member my key responsibilities included daily living assistance such as, helping bath, dress and eat. Providing emotional support and managing their health-related needs such as making sure medication was took on time and always making sure medicines were all ordered and stocked so they wouldn’t run out. Also dealt with making sure I had meals planned out for each week.

I worked at Rother Gas handling calls daily off customers putting orders in for gas etc. I handled money daily as well as greeting customers every day. I also dealt with pad writing such as writing all deliveries down and writing all important notes down. I also put stock away and made sure everything was clan and well organised.
Self-employed help for the elderly
(2023 - 2024)
I decided to make my own posters and flyers and advertise myself to help the elderly such as going to do there shopping for them or just help them with there daily tasks in general. I had quite a lot of custom which had a little bit of everything involved in it such as doing little gardening jobs and cleaning jobs for the people who couldn’t get out and do much and did it all free of charge to just gain experience in little things and just keeping myself busy whilst I was out of work.

As my time as a part time cleaner my key responsibilities were to make sure we kept the pub clean and hygienic for the environment, staff and customers. This included tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors. We also handled tasks such as wiping down the bar and maintaining inventory. On a weekly basis we had to make sure glass windows and doors were cleaned too.
