I have a real interest in hair and make-up. I am keen to embark on a career in this area, and would like the opportunity to learn new skills, and develop my confidence. I have enrolled at Coleg Cambria in September to start a Level 1 hair course.
I believe this course will increase my knowledge, and help me become skilled in all aspects of working within the Hair & Beauty industry. I enjoy meeting new people, but I am keen to improve my interpersonal skills, which in turn will increase my confidence.
Dog groomer - K-9 Heaven Grooming Parlour - Shotton

Work experience placement. Assisting with the washing, shampooing and conditioning dogs as well as drying them afterwards. Confidently talked face-to-face to customers. Followed health and safety around the parlour and got positive feedback.
