Meghan McInerney

I am a passionate and dedicated dance teacher, choreographer and performer with over 17 years of professional dance training, more than 15 years of performance experience and extensive experience teaching students of varying ages and abilities. My background combines strong technical ballet training with contemporary, lyrical and street dance, alongside additional training in jazz, tap, musical theatre and partnering. I believe excellent dance teaching extends beyond technique.

I strive to nurture confidence, discipline, artistry and a genuine love of dance in every student while creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. My teaching approach combines structured technical development with creativity, musicality and individual encouragement, enabling students to achieve their personal best. Alongside teaching, I have choreographed original works for both professional and community performances, including performances in China and the United Kingdom.

I am now seeking to bring my passion, creativity and commitment to high-quality dance education to the teaching team at Brighton Ballet.
