I am currently a Team Leader/Receptionist at a very busy Doctors Surgery. This role I have held for 7.5 years. I am required on a daily basis to deal with queries from both patients and clinical staff, and respond in a professional manner.

I am in charge of a team of 13 receptionist, so always insuring correct procedures are followed and give advise and help when needed. In the past I was also a highly competent, reliable and enthusiastic Administration/Customer Service Officer. I have 27 years experience working as part of a team in a demanding office environment, which also includes 9 years working as a receptionist/Adminstor for a busy team wear, promotional and trophy company in Peterborough.

I can communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, I have experience of using a variety of databases.
