I am enthusiastic and passionate about my goals and try to push myself to do the best I can. I am looking for employment throughout summer and with the intention to keep working around college from September, as I am very independent and interested in trying new roles.

Florist Assistant - Flowers By Charlotte

I currently work at flowers by charlotte on a saturday where I help out with flower funeral work and making sure the shop is tidy. I serve customers and make payments well as well as make recommendations well to try and fit a theme given to me. I also help out customers with any extra requirements they may have like carrying bouquets and flower arrangements to their car which meets customer service standards set for me.

Waitress - Salthouse - Cullercoats

I worked part time at the salthouse, a restaurant in cullercoats where I worked as a waitress during the summer. I learnt customer service, hospitality, how to give the best service I can to customers and how to work as a team with co workers to ensure customer standards are met.

This work experience was done between the 13th to 17th May 2024 as well as april 6th- 10th 2026. During my work experience I edited and took photos for this business, met clients and sat in on podcasts and assisted with business owners' needs during the whole work day as well as ask questions to make sure standards were set.
