A experienced Data Science and Data Product Manager professional who develops excellent internal and client relationships, with a proven track record for delivering change on time and above customer expectations, with five years’ experience of designing, developing and delivering quality end to end enterprise level Data solutions.
I have become the advocate and voice of our data platforms and the ‘go-to’ person for all queries about the data products
As data product manager I have been responsible for
Defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our current Data platform and our transformational cloud data platform
Owning the data product roadmap and backlog including being responsible for prioritisation of work.
Working with stakeholders through various touch points to deeply understand their individual users and workflows to help inform new opportunities to improve their experiences
Working with our internal customers and external customers to understand their pains and challenges and using data and insights to drive decisions & prioritization
Working with customers to ensure the successful deployment of their projects and gathering feedback
Writing user stories in conjunction with agile principles to plan and drive the development of new features
Understanding the underlying data model used to identify areas where improved data could deliver business value
Collaborating with engineering, and product design to establish feature requirements
Ensure wider dependencies and implications for changes are understood
Represent the voice of the customer within the data engineering team, helping to articulate the desired outcomes of the new or improved product
Undertaking competitive research to gain a deep understanding of the landscape both within the gambling world and other industries to ensure the data platform remains cutting edge

As Data Scientist I have:

For my two work-based modules I developed and monitored data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (gaining skills such as writing and creating stored procedures and developing monitoring dashboards).
My dissertation focused on predicting Problem Gamblers using multiple machine learning techniques (86%)
