10 years video editing and shooting experince. Melissa has possessed an interest in immersive story creation through the use of film from a very young age. She is driven, well-organised and has an eye for detail, always striving for the highest quality outcome to any challenge.

Her confident and outgoing personality lends itself to networking and social media skills which is exemplified through her background in customer service and worldly travels, which have helped develop these important social skills over time. Melissa is a quick learner, capable of working both independently and in teams, and always remains composed under pressure.

Contributions to my former Video Production Assistant role featured various aspects of independent production coordination.

• Briefing on phone calls, email and slack with clients.
• Drawing up a series of fun storyboards
•  Time scheduling crew meetups for shoot dates in central London locations.
•  Shooting high quality footage and sound using a variety of different equipment.
•  Setting up studio three point lighting and UV color styled lighting for different projects.

•  Fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing flow and smoothness of the video.

•  Color grading on different softwares such as Premier, Cimeragrade and DaVinci Resolve
