I am Meng Hsuan Lee, a passionate Landscape Architect, dedicated to bridging the gap between nature and human development through innovative design. My portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects, including urban design, landscape architecture, and public realm work across various scales and environments.
Highlights of my work include the design of public spaces such as the Oakwell Rise Academy Playground, where I incorporated sensory play and natural materials to enhance children's development, and a comprehensive urban regeneration project in Liverpool, where I focused on walkability, green space integration, and sustainable development strategies. Additionally, I led the landscape design for a residential development in Tainan, Taiwan, where I ensured ecological balance and met client requirements through detailed construction drawings and site management.
With a background in both the horticultural sciences and landscape architecture, I leverage my expertise in 3D modeling, master planning, and hands-on project management to create spaces that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically engaging.
I am actively seeking Landscape Architect positions around the world where I can contribute to high-profile, impactful projects that promote sustainable urban living. I am excited to collaborate with international teams and bring my skills to dynamic design projects.
My professional background includes experience as a Landscape Architect at Yusheng Landscape Design in Taiwan, where I led the design and drafting of master plans and construction details for various residential and public realm projects. Additionally, I have worked on academic projects, including the design of a walkable city in Liverpool and a multifunctional playground design for Oakwell Rise Academy. I am well-versed in using CAD, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp and Lumion, which are key to delivering high-quality designs.
I finished my Master of Arts in Landscape Studies at the University of Sheffield last year and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and Landscape from National Taiwan University. With hands-on experience in both design and project management, I am eager to contribute to your team and further develop my skills.
