I am a hardworking, dependable, and enthusiastic individual with extensive experience in kitchen and hospitality roles. Over the years, I have worked in busy kitchens and restaurants, assisting chefs with food preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, washing and sanitizing dishes, and ensuring all kitchen areas are organized and safe.

I am physically fit, capable of heavy lifting, and able to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times. I take pride in my attention to detail and my ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

I am also familiar with food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and the importance of providing excellent customer service. I enjoy learning new skills, adapting to new environments, and contributing positively to any team I join. I am reliable, punctual, and committed to giving my best every day.

I am looking for a role where I can continue to develop my skills, support a busy kitchen or hospitality team, and make a meaningful contribution to the workplace.

I have extensive experience working in kitchen and hospitality roles, including as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, and Dish Washer. I have worked in busy environments, assisting chefs with food preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, washing and organizing dishes, and supporting front-of-house staff. I am physically fit, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

I am familiar with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and take pride in my teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to contribute positively to a fast-paced environment.

I am currently studying Master of Research in History at the University of Central Lancashire, UK. I also hold a BSc in Government and Public Administration from Imo State University, Owerri, Nigeria (Sep 2021). My studies have developed my organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills, which I apply in fast paced work environments such as kitchens and hospitality settings.
