1. April 2022 – June 2022, Senior Research Executive, Spark Market Research (part of Audience Collective), Leeds, Spark Market Research is a research and insights agency with offices in Leeds, and Dublin, working with clients all over the world, who answer questions and help their clients solve their brand and marketing challenges. Main Skills, Duties & Responsibilities: The main purpose of this role was to deliver great research to their clients, demonstrating the Spark difference across everything I did which was being curious, bold, engaging, commercial, collaborative and creative.
· Project management: Co-ordinated research projects in collaboration with the wider project management team from start to finish; inclusive of proposal writing (for Digicel, Failte Ireland, KCOM, The Real Yorkshire Pudding, South West Trains proposals), research design (quantitative & qualitative design for Digicel, Fairy Dust Audience Collective, Member First Credit Union, Common Industry Pleo, AIB projects), project management (such as Digicel, Common Industry Pleo), data analysis (such as Digicel, UCD), and producing reports (such as Digicel, UCD).
· Strong Teamwork skills: Was passionate about collaborating with the wider team across Spark and the Audience Collective.
· Commercial: Worked on commercial projects e.g. in sectors such as FMCG, Finance, and Telecoms mentioned above.
· Initiative: Had the ability to hit the ground running - a good understanding of market research processes and procedures.
· Thorough: Had an excellent eye for detail and had the ability to deliver high quality work together with the team.
· Strong Organisational skills: Demonstrated great organisational and time management skills.
· Worked well under pressure: Established flexible approach to research with the ability to work well under pressure - a 'can do' attitude.
· Highly Adaptable: Was self-motivated, driven and adaptable with the desire to learn new techniques.
