I am a Registered Nurse, licensed and experienced for four years in various hospital settings. My nursing career started in December 2021 in Kenya at Kamenu Medical, where I spent 6 months working in a male surgical ward. Later on, I secured an opportunity to work at The Nairobi Women's Hospital on July 2022 where I've been working in a medical ward till date.
I have a strong ability to communicate effectively, self-motivated and eager to learn. Throughout my experience, I have acquired skills in detailed history taking, examination of patients, taking care of the terminally ill, safe procedures and decision-making skills. In addition, I have gained skills in adult nursing, clinical leadership, infection control and ward management.
