I'm a dedicated and caring Support Worker with over four years' experience working with children in residential settings. During this time, I've developed strong relationships with the young people I support, helping them feel safe, understood, and encouraged to grow. I'm confident in managing challenging situations and always aim to provide consistent, person-centred care that meets each individual's needs.

I genuinely enjoy working in care and find it rewarding to make a positive difference in people's lives. Following recent changes with the passing of the new health and social care bill my position no longer feels suited to me.
