As a recent school leaver currently working towards Level 2 Hairdressing at Stockton Riverside College, I am looking for a part time customer service role to support my studies. I completed a works experience placement at school in a busy NHS Pharmacy department and enjoyed the variety of tasks and working part of a team. I enjoyed helping customers and believe I deliver a high standard of customer service, receiving positive feedback following my weeks placement.
I achieved a GSCE Distinction in Business & Retail and believe the knowledge I have gained from this course will support me to deliver excellent customer service.
