I'm passionate about creating positive change, whether through environmental initiatives, community partnerships, or crisis response. My journey has taken me from coordinating wildfire mitigation events in California to collaborating on sustainability projects abroad, giving me a strong foundation in project management, grant writing, and brand development. With a background in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s in Global Development and Environment underway, I’m driven by a commitment to impactful, community-focused work.
I enjoy building connections, adapting to new challenges, and finding creative ways to support resilience and growth in every project I take on.
I've had the opportunity to work across environmental stewardship, disaster response, and community engagement. As an AmeriCorps/CERC Fellow, I coordinated wildfire mitigation, urban greening, and disaster preparedness efforts alongside California Climate Corps, often responding to disaster sites to provide aid. Through this role, I earned FEMA certifications and completed First Aid CPR training, which strengthened my hands-on crisis response skills.
At UC Santa Barbara, I used my writing and project management skills to build relationships with donors, helping secure substantial funding for science and engineering programs. I’ve also worked in marketing, sales, and business development, where I crafted tailored outreach strategies, boosted client sales, and expanded brand reach by connecting with audiences through events and targeted campaigns.
I'm currently pursuing a Master’s in Global Development and Environment at the University of Bristol in the UK, building on my foundation from a Bachelor’s in Global Studies with an emphasis on Global Environmental Relations from UC Santa Barbara. My academic background has equipped me with a strong understanding of environmental issues, sustainability, and global collaboration.
