Mia Redfearn

I currently work as a Buddy/Trainer at Nandos, a role in which I train new staff to become the best employees that can be. I am passionate about working with people and providing an excellent customer experience for each individual who walks through the door.

I have worked at Nandos for 4 years and have acquired a lot of knowledge and experience in doing so. It has taught me vital people skills and how to deliver top class customer service at all times.

I have completed my GCSEs at The Morley Academy in which I achieved 3 grade 9s, 3 grade 8s, 2 grade 7s and 1 grade 6.

I have also completed my A Levels at Elliott Hudson College in which I achieved 1 A*, 1 A and 1 B

I am currently working towards my Bachelors Degree in Music performance and production at Leeds Beckett University.
