2014 University of Warwick: PhD (Economics – Health Economics thesis) – ‘Eliciting preferences in Healthcare: Willingness to Pay, Stakeholder preferences, and Altruistic preferences.’ - My thesis included a systematic review and also several applied Discrete Choice Experiments, and led onto 5 first author publications.
2001 University of Warwick: MSc (Quantitative Development Economics): Taught MSc, with an average of ‘good’ pass scores in exams, and a distinction for the dissertation (Comparison of hospital based and community based DVT services, using conjoint analysis).
1993 University of York: MSc (Health Economics): Taught MSc course plus a dissertation (International determinants of health care expenditure).
