• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages in a busy bar environment
• Provide attentive and excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage cash and card transactions, ensuring balanced tills at the end of each day
• Coordinate with team members to maintain stock levels, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Serve guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude and forming a rapport with regular customers in what is a family friendly pub
• Taking customer orders, ensuring food is delivered quickly and accurately
• Preparing food in a busy kitchen
• Ensuring that the kitchen is maintained to the highest possible levels for hygiene
• Opening & closing of the pub, ensuring the building is safe and secure
