Before I started working in The Crown in St Neots, I was trained by Green King in Cambridge to serve customers and to gain knowledge of the menu and their ordering systems.

• Taking customer orders at tables on their internal ordering system
• Advising customers on the menu and waiting tables with many good reviews on the Pub's website
• Helping in the kitchen preparing meals when required
• Working behind the bar serving alcohol to customers and preparing drinks for customers that have ordered beverages with their meals

Worked as a Kitchen Porter, working part time in the kitchen, pot washing and preparing food to serve to customers gaining valuable work experience for the hospitality sector.

Roofing Labourer

Worked as a roofing labourer for a short period of time, helping a friend to paint, erecting scaffolding and cleaning roofs.
