I always achieve green on my own shop audits, I was working as area support, where other shops in my area would ring me up for any advice or issues they may have, I visited shops to help and support them if support was needed.

I have achieved a 5star nsf/ EHO audit for this business.
I managed the Lincoln restaurant for 1 year to cover maternity leave and I have now returned to the Cleethorpes restaurant. I also work along side my operations manager to help other sites gain a 100% 5star NSF report, by visiting other sites and completing audits on the business; checking paperwork and giving help and support where needed.

Prepare drinks for our guests making sure they arrive on the correct tables within 5 minutes of ordering. As bar manager I was responsible for managing two bars; I ordered stock on a weekly basis and a stock count was completed weekly; A full stock count every four weeks. Lines were cleaned weekly , cellar management, office work, changing displays, stock rotation, cashing up, dealing with guest feedback and supervising a full team on shift in a busy Toby resturant.
I was responsible for training new employees to meet brand standards. I was originally employed by Crown Carveries which closed down during my employment. I assisted the general manager in the opening of the new Toby Restaurant.
