Job Title: Depot Train Driver

Reason for leaving: Ambition of mainline driving and I miss the customer facing nature of the operational side.

I am self-motivated and work well within a team.

I have the ability to operate in a safety and time critical environment. Whilst working in this role my duties will include:

Movement and control of rolling stock within the Depot boundaries.

Carrying out shunting operations.

Train preparation and stabling arrangements.

Fueling, water replenishment and CET duties AS required.

Ensuring that trains are delivered into the depot in a timely manner and in correct order to allow maintenance to be carried out

Playing an active role in ensuring that depot departures are on time and production targets are met. I also have experience in completing the role of designated person for site safety within the depot. This role ensures the safety of all staff working on the depot ensuring safe passage of trains and ensuring methods of protection are in place.

I am customer focused in everything I do and provide our customers with a fantastic experience whilst travelling on our services, helping customers who require assistance.
