Project Manager and ITAO Team Lead at Deutsche Bank, in Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI), delivering network and infrastructure change. I work in the space between the business, the engineers and the control functions: I turn what the business needs into a plan the engineers can deliver, and I make sure compliance, disaster recovery and delivery dates are met well before the deadline. • Lead a team of 3 ITAOs across 15 applications and projects in GTI. Senior stakeholders bring me team management, onboarding and timeframing of new projects, and application compliance.
• Link business stakeholders, engineering teams and control owners: agree requirements and scope, build the plan, manage RAID and dependencies, and run workshops to clear blockers through to handover to operations.
• Coordinate disaster recovery testing so that each application's failover scenarios are defined, tested and understood by its owners.
• Keep applications compliant and submissions on time, working to internal deadlines well ahead of the due date. Spotted an error in an SDA diagram and had it corrected before the final submission call.
• Provide financial impact assessments, benefits tracking and KPI reporting to senior management.
