My career blends founder‑level execution with enterprise‑grade delivery discipline. I have run P&L, hired and managed teams, built systems that scale, and fixed failing programmes under intense pressure. I am known for stepping into ambiguity, creating clarity fast, and driving outcomes without waiting for instruction.

I hold an MBA from the University of Bristol, which strengthened my commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to scale organisations with discipline and pace. Alongside this, I am trained in PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe, and Prosci Change Management, giving me a strong foundation in structured delivery, agile execution, and behavioural change all essential for building systems, leading teams, and driving operational performance in fast‑growth environments. I am also progressing toward my PMP, reflecting my commitment to continuous improvement and high‑standards leadership.
