My name is Michael I am a hardworking individual who works well in a team or on my own initiative I am very passionate about everything I do in life and when I am at work I aim to make sure customers get excellent customer service, great tasting food and always leave with a smile wanting to come back and look forward to their next visit. I am a great listener, great communicator and love building rapport and friendship with customers and work colleagues.
I previously worked in KFC in Colwick where I worked with a strong team of people and we always made sure no one was falling behind by supporting eachother which kept the kitchen flowing in excellent order. During my time at KFC I made perfect, hot and tasty meals to order at a fast pace and cleaned my work surface very often to ensure no germs was spreading and keeping my area tidy and presentable. I also was preparing snd cooking the chicken making sure we was always stocked up and not falling behind.
I now work in a little cafe called Munchies which I open up the cafe on Sundays and get it all ready for the customers at 9am onwards. I'm always doing the temperature checks everytime a batch if sausages are cooked and ensuring the fridge and freezer temperatures have been recorded at the start and end of the shift. I like to clean and go as I work ensuring the shop is looking nice and tidy and presentable for the customers as well as preventing any slip or trip hazards that could occur.
I make the food fresh and hot and make the orders as they are asked at a fast pace and ensuring the food looks presentable and delicious.
