Michael Ward

I'm 22 years old, currently living in Chichester. I don't have a drivers license at the moment. I'm a motivated person and very ambitious. I can work well under pressure and I'm very level headed. I have very good manners and I come across very polite. I'm looking for a different job ideally within customer service/hospitality. I'm open to try something completely new as well. I'm looking to push myself more, while still enjoying myself as well.

My job is to do the shopping for online customers around the store. In this job, I'm required to assist customers when they need assistance. I have good conversations with customers and they always find me very helpful and friendly.

Bartender - The Nags Head

I used to work as a bartender for The Nags Head for a small period of time. I learnt a lot in this time and it really improved my communication skills and customer service skills. I often got complimented on my service and never really got any bad feedback.

I wasn't there for long due to being underpaid pretty badly but I did enjoy it and got on really well with the staff and locals there. I was only here for a short Period of time, (2 months) however I learned a lot about bar work and working under pressure while still giving out good customer service.
