I am a positive, motivated and reliable individual with a flexible attitude and the ability to work well in a team or individually. I have over 11 years of experience dealing with customers in a variety of different ways, including in person, via email and over the phone. Within my past roles, I have been able to develop many skills such as communication, teamwork and problem solving – all of which will stand me in good stead for any future roles I may have.
Throughout my professional career I have worked extensively with Microsoft Excel, using a wide range of formulas and functions to manage data, automate workflows, track project timelines, and support pricing and proposal development. My proficiency included tools such as INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation, which enabled efficient and accurate data handling across multiple projects. In addition, I recently began working with Microsoft Power BI to enhance reporting and data visualization. I continue to develop my skills with the platform, building interactive dashboards and gaining deeper insights from project and business data.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, I was responsible for the day to day management of sustainability projects. This included onboarding clients into our internal management systems, requesting data and information from clients, the pricing of work and proposal creation for clients.
