His Majesty’s Inspector in FES inspecting provision in FE colleges, sixth form colleges, independent learning providers, employer providers and adult community learning providers. I also inspect provision in HEI such as teacher training and degree apprenticeships.

Extensive leadership experience within the further education sector. My area of subject specialism is Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). I have managed a broad range of vocational and academic 16-19 study programmes, apprenticeships and adult learning provision. My particular expertise is in curriculum development, and improving the quality of teaching, assessment and curriculum.

• Undertaking the lead and team inspector role on the inspection of a variety of further education and skills providers, including general further education colleges, sixth form colleges, higher education institutions, independent learning providers, work based and community learning providers on short and full inspections and monitoring visits. I also inspect provision in HEI such as teacher training and degree apprenticeship
• My skills and expertise are in performance management of staff, strategic planning, resource and financial management, quality management and external liaison, timetabling, management of learning programmes and curriculum development with a focus on STEAM areas.
