I have just left the wonderful world of teaching and I am looking forward to jumping into a new and exciting role. With my background in teaching and experience in online content creation and customer support, I bring with me an abundance of transferable skills.

As a dedicated teacher, I have honed my ability to communicate effectively, empathize with diverse individuals, and provide exceptional support. These qualities are not only transferrable but essential in a customer-centric role. I understand the importance of active listening and the ability to tailor my responses to meet the unique needs of each customer. My experience as an educator has equipped me with the skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Prior to teaching, I worked in customer support and copywriting roles. These roles allowed me to develop strong research and writing skills and have equipped me with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
