Over the years, I have taken on roles of increasing responsibility, including Shift Manager, Carset Production Supervisor, Aux Supervisor, and Goods In Operator.

I have successfully led teams of up to 55 people, optimised production schedules, ensured strict quality control, and utilised tools like SAP and VIMS to streamline workflows. My expertise lies in process improvement, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and consistently achieving performance targets.
