ESFM is a joint vehicle workshop between Humberside Police and Humberside Fire and Rescue. In my role as an administrator assistant, I manage the accounts department ensuring that all invoices are paid, remittances are sent and statements are checked. I collate both Police and Fire invoices ensuring that they are paid weekly to keep our accounts up to date and contact suppliers when necessary.
I utilise Lloyds and Sage software packages as well as the internal system Tranman. I also assist with the monitoring of fuel, update MOT records, monitor the hire car bookings and have been involved in stock check.
