Store manager - Vision Foundation - Portobello Road, London

Job included managing a boutique shop in one of Londons busiest tourist hotspots, Portobello Road. Other responsibilities included opening and closing the store, staff rota, cash handling, sales and stock management, cleaning, giftaid, visual merchandising, health and safety, stock rotation, staff and volunteer management.

Store assistant - Cook - West Dulwich

Job role included opening and closing the flagship store in West Dulwich. Serving customers, completing transactions for both shop customers and online click and collect orders. Responsible for ordering stock and incoming deliveries.

Monitored calls for orders and packing up orders. Also ensured the busy shop was thoroughly cleaned, following all food safety rules including stock rotation. I also oversaw the store merchandising and arranging taster sessions for customers to upsell new products to boost sales.

Job role included opening and closing the store, staff rota, cashing up, health and safety, cleaning, heavy lifting, sales and stock management. This store was large and handled large pieces of furniture so ensuring the stock was rotated and the layout was pleasing to the customers.
